Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary practice in Aundh, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management
:
Manage clinic operations and ensure compliance with veterinary laws and standards.

Medical Records & Appointments
:
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation, ensure efficient appointment management

Financial Management
:
Manage the clinic's budget, monitor and control expenses, manage billing and invoicing, and oversee accounts receivable and payable.

Staff Management
:
Directly supervise reception and pharmacy staff, assist in hiring clinic staff, conduct performance evaluations, manage employee relations, ensure staff receive necessary training, and create a positive work environment.

Client Services
:
Implement client service protocols, address and resolve client concerns, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and manage client communications and follow-ups.

Team Leadership & Development
:
Manage and mentor clinic staff, including receptionists, technicians, and veterinary teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated workplace.

Strategic Growth & Development
:
Support marketing strategies and promotions, identify business growth opportunities, and build relationships with referring veterinarians and stakeholders.

Relationship building
:
Ensure you build a positive relationship with the clients, being their first point of contact, and take steps to ensure they have a seamless experience.
