We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development / Partnership / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective partners for our solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound outreach, understands the value of persistence, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced start-up environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and identify potential customers using various tools (LinkedIn, CRM, industry databases), and reach out via phone, email, and social platforms.
- Cold Outreach: Execute outbound campaigns to engage and qualify inbound and cold leads for the sales team.
- Customer Discovery: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and buying intent.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sr. Leadership and Marketing to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
- CRM Management: Accurately track and update all lead activity and progress in the CRM system.
- Metrics Driven: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, email outreach, meeting bookings, and conversion rates.
- Feedback Loop: Share insights and learnings from prospect conversations to help refine messaging, targeting, and product positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or business development role (B2B tech sales experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High energy, persistence, and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
