We are seeking an innovative, imaginative, and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our YouTube and social media team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating captivating visual content and a strong understanding of design principles that engage and inspire audiences across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube.

Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for YouTube videos and other social media contentCollaborate with the creative team, including script writers, video editors, and social media managers, to develop cohesive and impactful visual contentDevelop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to communicate design concepts and ideas effectivelyDesign and create animated logos, lower thirds, transitions, and other graphic elements to enhance the overall visual appeal of the contentEnsure brand consistency and visual coherence across all motion graphic elementsOptimize motion graphics for various social media platforms, considering platform-specific requirements and best practicesIncorporate the latest design trends and techniques to keep the visual content fresh, engaging, and relevantWork closely with the video editing team to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into the final video productManage and organize project files, assets, and deliverables, maintaining a structured workflowStay up-to-date with the latest motion graphic design software, techniques, and trends in the YouTube and social media landscape

Requirements:Online course or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in motion graphic design, preferably for YouTube or other social media platformsStrong portfolio showcasing excellent design skills, creativity, and a keen eye for visual storytellingProficiency in motion graphic software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or MotionFamiliarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut ProIn-depth knowledge of YouTube and other major social media platforms, including video specifications and best practicesStrong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and compositionExcellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesCreative problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment with new design techniques and styles
