We are seeking an innovative, imaginative, and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our YouTube and social media team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating captivating visual content and a strong understanding of design principles that engage and inspire audiences across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube.


Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize, design, and create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for YouTube videos and other social media content
  2. Collaborate with the creative team, including script writers, video editors, and social media managers, to develop cohesive and impactful visual content
  3. Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively
  4. Design and create animated logos, lower thirds, transitions, and other graphic elements to enhance the overall visual appeal of the content
  5. Ensure brand consistency and visual coherence across all motion graphic elements
  6. Optimize motion graphics for various social media platforms, considering platform-specific requirements and best practices
  7. Incorporate the latest design trends and techniques to keep the visual content fresh, engaging, and relevant
  8. Work closely with the video editing team to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into the final video product
  9. Manage and organize project files, assets, and deliverables, maintaining a structured workflow
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphic design software, techniques, and trends in the YouTube and social media landscape


Requirements:

  1. Online course or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in motion graphic design, preferably for YouTube or other social media platforms
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing excellent design skills, creativity, and a keen eye for visual storytelling
  4. Proficiency in motion graphic software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Motion
  5. Familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  6. In-depth knowledge of YouTube and other major social media platforms, including video specifications and best practices
  7. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition
  8. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  10. Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment with new design techniques and styles
