Head- Global People Operations
role, the incumbent will manage and own the entire gamut of People Operations. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the pre-hire to retire process.
As the Head of People Operations, you will lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations across our global organization. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and processes that align with best practices and support the achievement of business goals.
Primary responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, global mobility, HR Systems, day-to-day HR queries and project management.
Roles and responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and streamline People operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.Build cross-functional working relationships with partners / vendors such as IT, Payroll, BGV spanning regions like India, Canada, and the USA.Partner closely with global People and Culture Team to support People Operations strategy at company level.Ensure and maintain the integrity of employee’s data / files with high level of accuracy and discretion.Deep knowledge on BGV, Payroll and running projects in Global HR Space.Preparation of dashboards and metrics for the leadership team.End to end management (draft, seek approvals, and launch) of policies and processes.Automate processes in collaboration to reduce duplication and redundancies
Skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing global HR operations.Excellent Consulting ExperienceStrong knowledge of global HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Experience in Scaling up the Start up business.Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a customer service mindset.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Detail-oriented with an understanding of HR ecosystem (payroll, IT, benefits and HRIS).Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, including scope management, resource allocation, quality assurance, risk management, and issue resolution.Creative and critical thinking skills, capable of exploring innovative solutions and suggesting alternate approaches when necessary.

Through these acquisitions Diabsolut strengthened their commitment to Salesforce and also entered into partnership with Certinia (was FinancialForce), becoming Certinia’s Partner of the year for delivery excellence in 2022.
