Responsibilities:

- Increase Engagement: Enhance growth and interaction on all social media platforms.- Implement Best Practices: Utilize advanced strategies to ensure our content stands out.- Monitor Trends: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools.- Stay Informed: Maintain a strong interest in current events and news.- Data-Driven Approach: Use analytics to adapt and refine content strategies.- Strategize social media: Develop social media strategies aligned with business goals.- Set Objectives: Define specific goals and report on return on investment (ROI).- Monitor SEO and Traffic: Track SEO and web traffic metrics.- Manage Account Design: Oversee the visual design of social media profiles (e.g., cover photos, profile pictures, blog layouts).- Introduce New Features: Implement features to boost brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.- Keep Updated: Stay abreast of current technologies, design tools, and applications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field.

Experience:

- Over 8 years of experience managing social media across various industries.- Preferably experienced in servicing healthcare industry clients.

Required Skills:

- Proactive, thriving in challenging roles.- Creative thinker with innovative and adaptable ideas.- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset.- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.- Hands-on experience in content management.- Excellent copywriting skills.- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.- Knowledge of online marketing channels.- Familiarity with web design.- Strong communication skills.
