Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Underwriting team. As an Underwriting Trainee, you will support the risk assessment and decision-making processes for insurance products. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the BPO sector, with on-the-job training and exposure to industry-standard practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior underwriters in reviewing and analyzing applications for insurance or loan products.
  • Evaluate risk based on client data, documents, and internal guidelines.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in underwriting systems.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and compliance teams for additional information or clarification.
  • Help ensure timely processing of applications within SLA timelines.
  • Learn and apply underwriting policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Prepare basic reports or summaries for underwriter review.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with relevant internship are welcome.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a willingness to learn.

Location: Chennai.

Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts)

Note: This is a Contract Hiring for year), based on the performance you will be absorbed on the roles of the Company
