Job Title: Business Process Transformation Manager Role Type:  Full-time Contractor ( months), with the potential to transition into a permanent role, though not guaranteed Work Location:  In office role - Noida, with flexibility to travel to other offices, as needed Department:  Business Excellence Team Role Overview: We are seeking an end-to-end Process Transformation Manager with significant experience in designing, optimising, and transforming financially regulated business processes. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in Six Sigma methodologies and process design projects, the ability to analyse and document live processes, and the capability to define technical specifications for future-state processes. The ideal candidate will embody our values, be solution-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in transforming data into actionable insights. Oh, the things you’ll do: Process Analysis & Mapping: ·Observe, document, and analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps. ·Develop detailed process maps and workflows. Data-Driven Transformation: ·Leverage available data sources to construct the necessary datasets for analysis. Use data analysis to quantify problems, define root causes, and propose feasible, measurable improvements that align with business and regulatory objectives. ·Apply Six Sigma methodologies to plan and execute transformation projects. ·Create comprehensive technical specifications for future-state processes and act as the primary point of contact for Development teams. ·Define, measure, and integrate relevant success metrics within the organisation's MIS framework to monitor the progress of transformation initiatives. ·Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and next steps. Quality and Controls: ·Establish what 'good' looks like by analysing historical data, using benchmarks, and setting acceptable variation ranges. ·Identify, quantify, and address root causes for variations. This may include deep dives, value stream mapping, process re-engineering, automation, and training. ·Design and implement controls to maintain consistent quality, incorporating preventive and detection measures. Training and Change Management: ·Comprehensively project plan implementation and hand over changes in a steady state to Operations. ·Develop relevant training materials and facilitate sessions to guide Operations in adopting new processes. ·Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes, minimising disruptions to ongoing operations. Stakeholder Engagement: ·Partner with leadership to align process improvements with strategic objectives. ·Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. What you need to bring to the table: ·Must have high standards of integrity, accountability, a service mindset, curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement. ·At least 5+ years of full-time experience in hands-on process transformation. ·Proven ability to develop technical workflows and process specifications. ·Ability to create bespoke metrics to support effective monitoring of initiatives. ·Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — in English. ·Strong analytical capabilities to convert data into actionable insights. ·Thorough understanding of contact centre staff planning and utilisation methods. ·Experience training teams on new processes and driving successful adoption is highly desirable. ·Prior people management experience is desirable, as the role may involve leading a small team of 2-3 members to support the transformation initiatives.
