Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer success function, you will play a critical role in analyzing, recommending, and implementing strategies that drive customer retention, renewal growth, expansion, and improve operational efficiency.Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive business analyses to identify challenges, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing strategic recommendations for enhancing renewal strategies that increase retention rates and align with business goals, evaluating existing processes and workflows to recommend improvements in efficiency and productivity, collaborating with stakeholders to implement process changes that align with company goals, assisting in managing organizational change by developing change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions, stakeholder and team buy-in, and adoption of new practices and technologies, staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to help guide business strategy and product development decisions, leading and coordinating projects aimed at improving business processes or introducing new initiatives, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align on value messaging, product adoption, and pricing strategy for renewals, developing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure business success, regularly reporting on business performance and providing actionable insights, designing and implementing strategic engagement frameworks for key accounts expansion.
