Role Description:

The Secretary / Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the management team. The role requires proficiency in typing, shorthand/dictation, office management, and communication skills. Candidates with a formal background in Office Management or Secretarial Practice will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately take dictation and prepare error-free documentation.
  • Draft, review, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain executive schedules, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Record and circulate minutes of meetings in a timely manner.
  • Manage office communications and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and databases (digital & physical).
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative support.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / PG Diploma in Office Management, Secretarial Services, Executive Assistantship, or office operations Executive.

Technical Skills:

High speed and accurate typing.

Proficiency in shorthand/dictation.

Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office automation tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
