Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented
Assistant Sales Executive – Digital & Performance Marketing
. The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand revenue streams across
Display, Performance, Affiliate, and Digital Media Sales
.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in
Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Display Advertising
. - Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with direct clients, affiliates, and media agencies.
- Ideate and develop new revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships – from need identification, solution design, and servicing to retention and growth.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Intellect Ads' value proposition.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in
Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Media Sales, and Branding Solutions
. - Strong knowledge of
CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPI (Cost Per Install), CPV (Cost Per View), and CPS (Cost Per Sale)
models. - Prior experience with an
ad agency, ad network, affiliate network, or digital media platform
preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and CRM tools.
- Minimum
3+ years of experience in Business Development / Ad Sales
, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
