Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with strong frontend development expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, experience integrating APIs, and a passion for delivering responsive and elegant cross-platform applications using Flutter.

Youll be working closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate concepts into functional and polished mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter (iOS and Android).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and backend developers to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into clean, responsive interfaces with pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, Firebase, and local storage solutions.
  • Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and handle edge cases and app lifecycle events.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that aligns with industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart updates, packages, and trends.
  • Contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience in mobile application development using Flutter.
  • Proficient in Dart programming language.
  • Strong understanding of frontend principles including responsive design, state management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
  • Knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications).
  • Experience with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or GetX.
  • Solid understanding of app deployment process (Google Play Store & Apple App Store).
  • Experience in integrating third-party SDKs and APIs.
  • Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with web development using Flutter Web or React.
  • Exposure to backend integration and API architecture.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  • Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD for design implementation.
