Senior Flutter Developer
who is passionate about mobile technologies, thrives on solving complex challenges, and wants to make a strong impact by building world-class applications.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.
  • Drive end-to-end app lifecycle – from requirements, coding, testing, deployment, to maintenance.
  • Ensure best practices in performance optimization, state management, and clean architecture.
  • Integrate APIs, cloud services (Firebase/AWS), and third-party libraries.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Stay updated with latest mobile development trends and bring innovative solutions to the team.

What We're Looking For
2–3years
of hands-on experience in mobile app development with strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.

Proven track record of delivering
live apps
on Play Store / App Store.

Strong understanding of
state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.)
.

Solid grasp of
REST APIs, JSON, push notifications, Firebase, and cloud messaging
.

Good knowledge of
mobile UI/UX guidelines
and experience in building pixel-perfect interfaces.

Familiarity with
Git / version control
.

Problem-solver with
attention to detail
and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have
Knowledge of native
Android/iOS development
.

Experience in
team mentoring / leading small teams
.

Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
.
