Backend Developer
Yoonify
is looking for a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about building scalable backend systems and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Python, Fast API and Django.Develop and manage microservices architecture to ensure modular and scalable applications.Utilize AWS and Azure services for deploying, authentication, managing, and scaling applications.Incorporate AI models and algorithms into backend systems to enhance functionality and performance.Implement web scraping solutions using Beautiful Soup or Scrapy to gather data from various sources.Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and schema design.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications.Collaborate with frontend developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of backend systems.
Key Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.Proficiency in Python and FastAPI framework.Experience with web scraping tools like Beautiful Soup or Scrapy.Strong understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.Extensive experience with AWS & Azure services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Azure AD, Azure Functions, AKS, EKS etc.Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical applications.Expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices.Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with additional programming languages such as Go, or Node.js.Experience with Machine Learning, big data technologies and tools.Knowledge of other web frameworks and technologies like React, Vue etc.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
