Job Title: Backend Developer

Yoonify is looking for a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about building scalable backend systems and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Python, Fast API and Django.- Develop and manage microservices architecture to ensure modular and scalable applications.- Utilize AWS and Azure services for deploying, authentication, managing, and scaling applications.- Incorporate AI models and algorithms into backend systems to enhance functionality and performance.- Implement web scraping solutions using Beautiful Soup or Scrapy to gather data from various sources.- Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and schema design.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications.- Collaborate with frontend developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of backend systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.- Proficiency in Python and FastAPI framework.- Experience with web scraping tools like Beautiful Soup or Scrapy.- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.- Extensive experience with AWS & Azure services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Azure AD, Azure Functions, AKS, EKS etc.- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical applications.- Expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.- Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices.- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with additional programming languages such as Go, or Node.js.- Experience with Machine Learning, big data technologies and tools.- Knowledge of other web frameworks and technologies like React, Vue etc.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
