Job Title: Specialist - Rewards Partner (HR)

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of the Angel's reward strategy.
  • Review the existing reward structure and develop a reward strategy which ensures a consistent and transparent approach for all levels across the organisation.
  • Partner will support end to end planning and execution of compensation programs.
  • The position is also responsible for overseeing the implementation of specific components of complex compensation programs and initiatives ensuring appropriate implementation in the context of Organizational guidelines.
  • Support cross functional projects across with linkages to reward.
  • Support the annual pay review process.
  • Conduct regular data analysis to ensure that equal pay and any diversity pay gap issues are monitored and addressed.
  • The Partner will manage customer relationships, drive resolution of compensation issues and questions.

Who you are:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a proven track record in global compensation benchmarking and rewards strategy.
  • Strong team management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing wellness programs.
  • Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships across different geographies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret complex compensation data.
