A)Lead Calls:-

Make outbound calls to disqualified leads and engage in conversations to understand their specific circumstances, needs, and concerns.-

Provide empathetic and supportive guidance to disqualified leads, addressing their questions, and offering alternative solutions.-

Collect feedback from disqualified leads to identify areas of improvement in the lead qualification process and enhance future lead generation strategies. B) Relationship Building:-

Establish rapport and build trust with enrolled students, demonstrating understanding and empathy towards their unique situations. C) Documentation and Reporting-

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions including relevant information, feedback, and outcomes-

Provide regular updates highlighting trends, patterns, and recommendations for process improvement.D) Requirements and skills-

Bachelor's degree is mandatory.-

Proven experience in customer service, counseling, or telemarketing roles.-

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport.-

Strong empathetic and active listening abilities, with the capacity to understand and address customer concerns effectively.-

Patience, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and composed during challenging conversations.-

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.-

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
