Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, creative, and have a strong understanding of online marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing).
  • SEO & SEM: Support SEO initiatives by optimizing website content and structure, performing keyword research, and managing SEM campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Content Creation: Help create compelling content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports on traffic, leads, and ROI.
  • Email Marketing: Assist with the design, execution, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting metrics.
  • Good understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
