Job Description: Inside Sales - Practice Management Solutions

Job Location: Bangalore

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team and promote TatvaPractice and its related solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing online consultations, conducting product demos, and converting doctor leads into paying subscribers. This role also includes cross-selling opportunities to our existing doctor user base, contributing directly to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Consultation and Demos:

a.     Conduct online consultations and live demonstrations of TatvaPractice and other related products like OPD plans to potential doctor clients.

b.     Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition tailored to the specific needs of healthcare professionals.

2.     Lead Conversion:

a.     Pitch subscription-based models effectively to doctor leads and convert them into paying subscribers.

b.     Follow up on leads generated through various channels to maximize conversion rates.

3.     Cross-Selling:

a.     Engage with the existing doctor user base to identify additional needs and opportunities to cross-sell complementary products and services.

b.     Up selling - A premium EMR package that includes telemedicine functionality, an advanced patient portal, integrated billing, AI-powered decision support, and a dedicated account manager for support.

c.     Cross selling – OPD plans

4.     Pipeline Management:

a.     Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM system.

b.     Track and report sales metrics, providing insights and feedback for process improvements.

5.     Collaboration:

a.     Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and updates.

b.
Provide input on customer feedback to refine product offerings and sales techniques.

6.     Customer relationship Manager:

a. Ensure that the doctor is aware of any new features or updates that have

been added to the EMR platform since their last subscription or plan

renewal. For example, new telemedicine functionalities, improved

reporting tools, or better integration with other systems.

b. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key doctors to ensure

high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

c. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding doctor needs and aligning

product offerings to meet those needs.

d. Renewing the doctors' subscription for EMR and other services.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

–4 years of experience in inside sales roles, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or doctor-focused sales.

Skills and Competencies:

Proven experience in lead conversion and subscription-based sales models.

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.

Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, Lead Squared etc and sales tracking systems.

Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
