LOXIM Industries, a B2B organisation known for high quality and innovative manufacturer in Ahmedabad, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Marketing and PR. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the company's marketing strategies, brand visibility, and public relations efforts
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote LOXIM Industries' products and services across various channels.
• Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing materials and communication platforms.
• Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing, to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
• Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to secure positive media coverage and enhance the company's reputation.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to support sales objectives and target audience engagement.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable ROI for marketing initiatives.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Management to align marketing strategies with overall business goals
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, business management, or related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior marketing or PR role, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that drive business growth. • Experience in media relations, crisis management, and brand reputation management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market trends.
