Graphic Design:

  • Develop visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, infographics, and advertisements that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in visual language across all platforms and brand materials.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
