About Graphic Designer Position

This is a full-time remote role ideal for a skilled graphic designer who can create engaging visual assets across multiple social media platforms.

  • We are looking for a highly creative and organized individual to develop visually cohesive content, including Instagram carousels, YouTube thumbnails, and email marketing graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Job Functions:
  1. Social Media Design: Design captivating social media content, such as Instagram stories, reels covers, and Facebook posts, to engage our audience.
  2. Email Marketing: Develop compelling email marketing graphics, including headers, promotional banners, and newsletters, that drive results.
  3. Creative Storytelling: Translate briefs or high-level concepts into polished, on-brand designs with minimal direction.
  4. Brand Management: Maintain consistent branding across multiple brands with distinct aesthetics.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing team to repurpose photos, videos, and short-form content into engaging graphics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or Figma.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to write concise, engaging copy for graphics when needed.
  • A solid understanding of design requirements across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, email).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing for reels and stories.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics to inform creative decisions.
