Support the preparation of investor communications by providing accurate and relevant financial information.

Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to ensure all communications align with strategic objectives.• Market and Financial Analysis:

Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, financial performance, and competitor activities. Provide insights on investor activity and analyzing financial trends, competitor behavior, and shareholder issues.• Financial Modeling:

Reporting:

Create and present regular reports on financial performance, investor metrics, and key performance indicators. Track and report on investor feedback and engagement.•

Compliance:

Ensure all investor relations activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related fields. Proven experience in financial modeling and pitch deck creation is essential.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. A Master’s in Finance or advanced qualifications (e.g., CA or CFA) are preferred.• Experience with public companies or in a brokerage firm is advantageous.• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software. Strong presentation and communication skills.• In-depth understanding of financial markets, investor relations best practices, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with pitch deck design andstorytelling techniques.• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
