Job Description:

- End to end selling: from cold calling/emailing, to aligning qualified meetings, to conducting meetings, to closing deals and key account management after. First 8-12 months will be an IC role, basis performance, a team of SDRs/Inside Sales Reps will be built to manage the setting of qualified meetings piece.- Acquiring, Retaining and Growing Mentoria's Corporate Partners- Delivering monthly and quarterly revenue goals through corporate partners- Building a strong corporate brand for Mentoria- Outgoing & Creative ways of reaching the corporate world to build a sales pipeline- Ability to create innovative Approach/Concept Note & Client Proposals- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build & maintain excellent long term relationships with customers

Education & Experience:

· Experience range of 3 – 7 years of B2B selling experience

· Experience in Corporate Sales – B2B (ideally to Owners / Directors & CHRO)

· Experience in Service / Project / Consultative selling

Compensation: 8-15 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
