We are seeking a visionary Testing Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and high-performance testing frameworks across our enterprise platforms. This role will drive quality engineering initiatives, mentor SDETs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and compliance. In this role, you will… Design and implement enterprise-wide testing strategies and frameworks. Architect automated testing solutions using Python, Java, and modern CI/CD tools. Performance testing initiatives using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and recommends optimizations. Define KPIs and metrics to measure testing effectiveness and efficiency. Guide teams in adopting shift-left testing and continuous testing practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.G., GDPR, SOC2) through testing protocols. In this role, you’ll need … Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript. Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, API, Tosca, Provar ). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (Jmeter, splunk ). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate with distributed teams and mentor other engineers.
