We are seeking a visionary Testing Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and high-performance testing frameworks across our enterprise platforms. This role will drive quality engineering initiatives, mentor SDETs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and compliance. In this role, you will… - Design and implement enterprise-wide testing strategies and frameworks. - Architect automated testing solutions using Python, Java, and modern CI/CD tools. - Performance testing initiatives using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. - Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. - Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and recommends optimizations. - Define KPIs and metrics to measure testing effectiveness and efficiency. - Guide teams in adopting shift-left testing and continuous testing practices. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2) through testing protocols. In this role, you’ll need … - Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, API, Tosca, Provar ). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (Jmeter, splunk ). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to communicate with distributed teams and mentor other engineers.
