We are seeking a visionary Testing Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and high-performance testing frameworks across our enterprise platforms. This role will drive quality engineering initiatives, mentor SDETs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and compliance.In this role, you will…- Design and implement enterprise-wide testing strategies and frameworks.- Architect automated testing solutions using Python, Java, and modern CI/CD tools.- Performance testing initiatives using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.- Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and recommends optimizations.- Define KPIs and metrics to measure testing effectiveness and efficiency.- Guide teams in adopting shift-left testing and continuous testing practices.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2) through testing protocols.In this role, you’ll need …- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, API, Tosca, Provar ).- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (Jmeter, splunk ).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to communicate with distributed teams and mentor other engineers.
