Job Description : Oracle Database Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle 19c features and operating systems, with extensive hands-on experience in various database management tasks. This role requires proficiency in installation, configuration, high availability, replication, backup, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oracle Installation : Perform Oracle 19c installations using both GUI and CLI modes.

- Database Creation : Create and manage Oracle databases to meet organizational needs.

- High Availability Configuration : Configure and troubleshoot Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) for high availability.

- Replication Configuration : Set up and manage replication using Oracle GoldenGate, including troubleshooting replication issues.

- Data Import/Export : Utilize Oracle Import/Export and Datapump utilities for data transfer and management.

- Storage Management : Oversee storage management to ensure efficient and effective data storage solutions.

- Backup and Restore : Conduct backup and restore operations using Recovery Manager (RMAN).

- Disaster Recovery Configuration : Configure and manage disaster recovery setups using Oracle Data Guard.

- Database Upgrades and Migrations : Plan and execute database upgrades and migrations to ensure smooth transitions.

- Patch Management : Apply critical patch updates to maintain database security and stability.

- Shell Scripting : Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and administrative tasks.

- Performance Tuning : Optimize database environment parameters to ensure high performance and :

- Proven experience with Oracle 19c features and operating systems.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle database installation, configuration, and management.

- Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Oracle RAC for high availability.

- Proficient in Oracle GoldenGate for replication setup and troubleshooting.

- Skilled in using Oracle Import/Export and Datapump utilities.

- Solid understanding of storage management principles.

- Experienced in RMAN for backup and restore operations.

- Knowledgeable in configuring Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery.

- Capable of planning and executing database upgrades and migrations.

- Familiar with applying critical patch updates.

- Proficient in shell scripting for automation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for performance tuning.
