Ozone Overseas has recently secured substantial growth funding of INR 250 crore from Nuvama Private Equity in 2023. This infusion of capital will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's expansion plans and driving its ongoing growth trajectory.
CTC Range - 8-11 LPA
Designation - ASM-Sales
Department - Glass Hardware
Job Locations - Bangalore
Should have minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through both direct and channel sales channels within the designated region.- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.- Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets.- Provide guidance and training to sales representatives as needed.- Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on their ability to reach target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of sales
Skillset & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and goals.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
