As the Assistant Manager - Corporate Development at Buddy Deals, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities that align with our long-term goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential opportunities and align them with business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed business cases, presentations, and reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors, including legal, financial, and technical experts.

Qualifications:

  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
