Qualification & Experience : CA (2+ years post qualification)


Key Requirements:

Qualifications : Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience : Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience preferably in investment banking, FDD or assurance

Technical Skills :

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance and financial metrics
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and Indian taxation regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Stakeholder Management : Ability to work independently and ability to deal with multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Execution : Actively participate in the full life cycle of deal execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and preparation of transaction documents
  • Stakeholder Interaction : Assist in managing client relationships and dealing with external stakeholders including fund houses, merchant bankers, financial institutions on a regular basis
  • Preparation of Pitch-Books : Develop and design company-focused pitch-books and discussion documents for client meetings
  • Financial Models : Prepare and maintain comprehensive company projections valuation models for various transactions
  • Capital Markets & Private Equity : Work on a variety of deals in capital markets, private equity, and debt syndication
