The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple functional automation tools, deep knowledge of modern QA practices, and a strong ability to guide, mentor, and collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders.This role demands technical depth, architectural vision, and innovative thinking — especially in leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity and quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Framework Design & Development:Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks primarily using Python .Build automation solutions using other functional automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.) as needed.Define and implement best practices for test automation architecture and coding standards.Technical Leadership & Mentoring:Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to QA engineers across teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, DevOps, Product Owners, Business Analysts) in an Agile environment.Conduct technical sessions and share innovative ideas to continuously improve the QA process.DevOps & CI/CD Integration:Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).Implement test execution in pipelines and ensure quality gates are enforced.Data & Platform Knowledge:Strong understanding of Databricks , Kafka , Azure Data Lake (ADLS) , and data validation frameworks.Work with structured/unstructured data formats such as JSON and YAML .Innovation & AI Utilization:Explore and integrate AI-driven testing and generative AI tools to enhance code generation, defect prediction, and test optimization.Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies.Client & Stakeholder Management:Act as a QA technology partner for clients, presenting architectural proposals, test strategies, and progress updates.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:10+ years of overall QA experience with at least 3+ years in an architect/lead role .Expert in Python programming and building automation frameworks from scratch.Proficient in functional automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, or similar.Strong experience with CI/CD , Git , Jenkins , Agile delivery practices.Hands-on with Databricks , Kafka , ADLS , and API testing .Familiarity with YAML , JSON , and other data interchange formats.Experience in designing test automation architecture diagrams and solution documentation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.Exposure to AI/ML-assisted testing or AI code copilots is a plus.Note: This is not a contract position, this will be a permanent position with Emids.Interested candidates Can Share Your Updated Profile with details for below Email.NAME:CCTC:ECTC:Notice Period:Offers in Hand :Email ID:
