The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple functional automation tools, deep knowledge of modern QA practices, and a strong ability to guide, mentor, and collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders. This role demands technical depth, architectural vision, and innovative thinking — especially in leveragingAI and automationto improve productivity and quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Framework Design & Development: Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks primarily usingPython . Build automation solutions using other functional automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.) as needed. Define and implement best practices for test automation architecture and coding standards. Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to QA engineers across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, DevOps, Product Owners, Business Analysts) in anAgileenvironment. Conduct technical sessions and share innovative ideas to continuously improve the QA process. DevOps & CI/CD Integration: Integrate automation frameworks intoCI/CD pipelines(e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Implement test execution in pipelines and ensure quality gates are enforced. Data & Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding ofDatabricks ,Kafka ,Azure Data Lake (ADLS) , and data validation frameworks. Work with structured/unstructured data formats such asJSONandYAML . Innovation & AI Utilization: Explore and integrateAI-driven testingandgenerative AI toolsto enhance code generation, defect prediction, and test optimization. LeadProof of Concepts (POCs)for emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a QA technology partner for clients, presenting architectural proposals, test strategies, and progress updates. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of overall QA experience with at least3+ years in an architect/lead role . Expert inPythonprogramming and building automation frameworks from scratch. Proficient infunctional automation toolssuch as Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, or similar. Strong experience withCI/CD ,Git ,Jenkins ,Agiledelivery practices. Hands-on withDatabricks ,Kafka ,ADLS , andAPI testing . Familiarity withYAML ,JSON , and other data interchange formats. Experience in designingtest automation architecture diagramsand solution documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
