Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define modernization roadmaps and technical strategies. Drive innovation through the use of AI-powered tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot for code analysis, refactoring, and upgrades. Lead technical Centers of Excellence (COEs), developing reusable assets, offerings, and best practices. Apply domain-driven design and microservices architecture to real-world implementations. Ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical solutions and progress in a clear, client-friendly manner.Expertise You'll Bring:12–15 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a strong programming foundation. Deep expertise in Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI). Proven track record in leading modernization projects and client-facing engagements (minimum 5 years). Strong architectural and design skills with the ability to create and execute modernization strategies. Experience with tools-led modernization approaches and familiarity with tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot. Knowledge of domain-driven design, microservices patterns, and cloud-native architectures. Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization technologies. Certifications in TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred but not mandatory).
