with

to support best in class Learning experience. The ideal candidate will be a specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Key Deliverables:Oversee the complete lifecycle management of training programs, encompassing meticulous planning, scheduling, reporting, and documentation.Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.Discussions with Heads of Departments to ascertain the necessary training sessions that need to be organized.Delivering a series of self-developed training modules, encompassing a wide range of employees.Create instructional content.Oversee and assess training advancement via surveys and dialogues with supervisors, ensuring comprehensive monitoring.Supervising and administering the official Learning Platform-Manage and own the learning management system, its usage, reporting and maximize user learning.Design and structure e-learning courses, career plans, workshops.Competency framework & implementationVendor Management & Learning budget, Track budgets and negotiate contractsTraining related dashboards and MISAssess the impact of training on employee performanceLiaise with external partners as needed for technical trainingsGather feedback from trainees and trainers after each sessionAdept with Instructional design and adult learning principles.Training calendar and vendor managementBudget Management: Manage the training development budget, ensuring all programs are cost-effective and deliver high value.
Key Competencies and skills:Effective communication is vital for conveying training materials, instructions, and feedback to employees and stakeholders.Designing effective training programs requires the ability to analyze needs, set learning objectives, structure content, and create engaging learning experiences.Analyzing performance data, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback.Developing and implementing training programs often involves managing multiple tasks, timelines, and resources. Strong project management skills to ensure that training initiatives are completed on time and within budget.Building relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders is essential for understanding training needs, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive learning culture.Should be adept at identifying challenges, finding innovative solutions, and adapting training approaches to changing organizational needs.Deliver impactful training sessions with strong presentation skills, including public speaking, using visual aids effectively, and engaging participants.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar role.Solid understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
