About the Role

As a Lead Growth Marketer at Requestly, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the organization's growth trajectory by implementing data-driven strategies and initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing growth campaigns across various channels.
  • Optimizing conversion rates, and scaling our user base through innovative and scalable strategies.
  • Building and nurturing a high-performing growth team, defining KPIs, and streamlining growth efforts to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Lead Product Marketing


About You

  • You are a seasoned growth marketer with hands-on experience in driving growth for tech companies.
  • You must have a technical background or must have worked with a tech company on a similar role.
  • You have a hustler mindset and have experienced the 0 → 1 journey, preferably as a former founder.
  • You are passionate about growth and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can take bold bets and aim for 10x growth.
  • You have a track record of building and leading growth teams, setting and tracking KPIs, and optimizing growth efforts for maximum impact.
  • You must know GA4, Amplitude, WordPress, or similar technologies.
