If you’re passionate about using design to enhance digital marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you. This position is based in our Coimbatore office , and we’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our team on-site.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns , including Facebook ads, Google display ads, landing pages, and email marketing.
  • Create conversion-focused visuals that support our performance marketing goals, ensuring designs are aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with our content writers and media buying teams to produce high-performing ads and marketing materials.
  • Translate complex marketing strategies into engaging, easy-to-understand designs that drive user engagement and lead generation.
  • Work on a variety of digital assets, including banner ads, social media posts, landing pages, and presentations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and design to ensure your work remains cutting-edge and relevant.
  • Maintain consistency in visual branding across multiple platforms and campaigns to enhance client brand identity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1-year experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop .
  • A keen understanding of performance marketing principles and how design impacts results.
  • Strong ability to create designs that focus on user engagement and lead conversion .
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • This role requires you to work from our office in Coimbatore

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):

  • Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects .
  • Experience working in an agency environment , especially in a performance marketing context.
  • Capability to handle end-to-end client projects, including creative planning, strategy, and execution.
