Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Construction Project Manager located in chennai The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The individual will also liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and team members, and oversee compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, some work from home is acceptable.

  • Budgeting and Construction Management experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
