
Procurement & Accounts Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Accounts Coordinator to handle supplier sourcing, purchase operations, and assist in accounting functions. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in procurement processes and basic accounting, especially in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships
- Collect quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Issue purchase orders and maintain proper purchase records
- Track order status and follow up for timely deliveries
- Maintain inventory coordination with stores/logistics team
- Assist with invoice verification and GRN matching
- Coordinate with finance for timely vendor payments
- Update transactions in Tally / ERP / Excel
- Maintain records of bills, payment cycles, and purchase expenses
- Support basic GST input reconciliation and monthly accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase + accounting functions
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, or Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
