Job description
- Candidate must have proven 3-4 yrs experience under the similar post in handling Pharma sales operations at the National Level.
- Candidate can fill up the various vacancies for the post of RSMs, ASMs, & Territory Managers in the state of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Tamilnadu.
- Candidate must have proven strategic growth track record (database) from the past organization.
- Candidate must possess strong business relationships, strategic thinking, result-oriented approach and ability.
- Candidate must have outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Making long-term and short-term goals for the business development of the company.
- Making Business plans and strategies.
- Review and analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies.
- Market review of new products and services.
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales as per plan.
