Over the last 17 years, InMobi has built a global Advertising Platform that powers our customers’ growth by helping them engage their audiences and drive real connections.
InMobi has also built a second unicorn, Glance, which is advancing digital consumption and creating a new wave of disruption. Present on 400M devices across India, SEA, Japan and the US – Glance is one of the largest content platforms globally with~200M daily active users.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role will be the following:
Execute digital marketing campaigns and publish analytics reports. Measure, optimize, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and business goals). Design and publish dashboard on a regular basis and communicate insights and results to various stakeholders.These responsibilities will include the following activities:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Be a subject matter expert on digital platforms for the marketing team – LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, marketing automation platform. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Work with marketing teams to design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective and recommendation for adoption where appropriate.Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field 4 -5 years of experience with at least 2-3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing and analytics Excellent working knowledge of running paid campaigns on digital platforms - LinkedIn, Meta, Google Search Ads Working knowledge of website and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush, etc.) Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experimentsThe InMobi Culture
