Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of creatives, including Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Video Producers to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality output. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand's objectives and business goals. Manage the creative workflow, assigning tasks and projects to team members, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering teams to understand business needs and objectives, and translate them into creative solutions. Ensure all creative output is consistent with our brand guidelines and messaging, and is optimized for various channels including packaging, print, and digital. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members, and encouraging professional growth and development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our creative output.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent skills and experience, in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency. Proven track record of managing and leading a team of creatives to deliver high-quality work. Strong understanding of design, copywriting, presentation design, and marketing analytics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of projects. Knowledge of digital and print mediums, and ability to optimize creative output for different channels. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote. Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to use data to inform creative decisions.
