Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles from intake to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, engineering communities, campus recruiting, and networking events.
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decision discussions
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the closing process.
  • Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on hiring metrics
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for future engineering needs.
  • Promote employer brand and ensure a top-tier candidate experience.

Qualification

  • 1-5 years of experience in technical or engineering recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles with competing deadlines.
