Instructional Design Manager

Scope of the role:
The client is seeking a technical instructional design manager with exceptional creative visual design skills and proven corporate experience to design and develop instructor-led courseware
Main Responsibility and Activities:
Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
Applying tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods
Working with subject matter experts and identifying the target audience’s training needs
Determine course content according to objectives
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.)
Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Maintain project documentation and course folders
Education Qualification & Skills Required:
At least 5 years of experience in designing instructor-led technical course content within a global, multi-cultural, corporate setting.
Expertise in visual design, including the creation of visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively use shapes, icons, images, graphics, color schemes, animations, and white space.
The candidate must have a strong eye for detail and proficiency in visual design, including the ability to craft clean, modern, and visually stimulating slides and materials.
Strong ability to write engaging copy, instructional text, and audio/video scripts.
Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written, for conveying complex solutions.
Solid understanding of enterprise-level IT/OT network architecture and topology.
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with network devices such as firewalls, routers, and load balancers.
