About the client:

A US-based MNC in Global Education, with its ecosystem in almost 90 countries, is looking for a

Sharp Instructional Designer

to join their Global Content Management team. The client pioneers education and implements innovative initiatives to make high-quality education accessible worldwide. Their team strives to provide education solutions and management services to cater to the ever-changing learning requirements of people across the globe.

Role Description:

Need Analysis

- Identifying the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that learners need to acquire. Analyzing current performance gaps and determining the root causes.Defining Learning objectives

- Defining clear and measurable learning objectives. Aligning learning objectives with business or educational goals.Content Development

- Creating and developing instructional materials, curriculum, and training programs.Technology Integration

- Working with learning management systems and other e-learning tools to organize and deliver training courses.Assessment & Evaluation

- Analyzing assessment data to determine the effectiveness of instructional materials. Using evaluation results to inform revisions and improvements.Quality Assurance

- Reviewing and revising instructional materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment withlearning objectives. Conducting pilot tests and usability testing to gather feedback and make necessaryadjustments.Documentation & Reporting

- Maintaining detailed documentation of instructional design processes and decisions. Reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of training programs to stakeholders.Additional

- Experience in writing white papers, rewriting/updating / recycling the next version of old content and managing assessment items.

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field with 2-10 years of experience
