- Client-facing discussions from pre-sales to post-delivery.
- Support with need Analysis and Learning Design.
- Lead diverse learning solutions: instructor-led, e-learning, virtual classrooms, blended learning.
- Create Learning Assets: presentations, guides, materials, multimedia.
- Assist delivery teams with project planning.
- Conduct quality assurance for instructional design excellence.

**JFKC E-Learning Solutions Capability Development**:

- Innovate company practices with industry best practices to enhance capabilities.

**Managing Stakeholders**:

- Ensure optimal client relationship management and customer delight.
- Collaborate with facilitators, coaches, consultants, and technology partners to enhance training effectiveness.

**Tech Product**:

- Assist JFKC E-Learning Solutions & partners in creating top tech learning experiences.
- Develop skills in a supportive JFKC E-Learning Solutions environment.

**2. Compensation**:

- Monthly salary & Annual salary before TDS deduction.
- Expenses for company work reimbursed at actuals.
- Monthly payment on the 7th.
- First performance and compensation review after one year.
- Changes to compensation or role based on first-year performance.

**3. Working Hours**:

- Employee to adhere to standard working hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.
- Subject to variations or changes notified by the Employer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
