Articulate key performance indicators and competency requirements for team members
Coach and mentor, provide challenging assignments and high visibility training for high performers
Manage the end-to-end relationship with each vendor/ brand in the sub-category (change management, contract negotiations, payment queries, classifications, evaluations, etc.)
Extensive experience with categories such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones required.
