The role involves connecting with potential clients over calls, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments with our clinic specialists.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.- Counsel potential clients on aesthetic and wellness treatments offered by Reborn Clinics.- Follow up with leads received through ads and digital campaigns.- Convert inquiries into appointments through effective communication.- Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in the Sheet system.- Coordinate with the on-ground clinic team for appointment confirmations.- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and show-ups.- Provide a positive and informative client experience aligned with Reborn Clinics’ brand standards.Requirements:- Excellent verbal communication and soft skills.- Confident, persuasive, and empathetic approach while dealing with clients.- Basic knowledge of skincare, haircare, or wellness industry preferred.- Proficiency in using Google Sheets, and WhatsApp communication.- Ability to handle high-volume leads and multitask efficiently.- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).Benefits:- Fixed salary with performance incentives.- Training and career growth opportunities within the organization.- Supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
