The role involves connecting with potential clients over calls, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments with our clinic specialists.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.Counsel potential clients on aesthetic and wellness treatments offered by Reborn Clinics.Follow up with leads received through ads and digital campaigns.Convert inquiries into appointments through effective communication.Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in the Sheet system.Coordinate with the on-ground clinic team for appointment confirmations.Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and show-ups.Provide a positive and informative client experience aligned with Reborn Clinics’ brand standards.Requirements:Excellent verbal communication and soft skills.Confident, persuasive, and empathetic approach while dealing with clients.Basic knowledge of skincare, haircare, or wellness industry preferred.Proficiency in using Google Sheets, and WhatsApp communication.Ability to handle high-volume leads and multitask efficiently.Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).Benefits:Fixed salary with performance incentives.Training and career growth opportunities within the organization.Supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
