Tele Counselor /Education Counselor/Career Counselor
- 1. Counsel the students and guide them with the right career options.

2. Convert the Walk-ins into admissions for the education courses we provide.

3. Handling outbound calls/Inbound calls to explain the products/courses.

4. Ensure to meet the sales/ revenue targets set for the branch.

5. Making calls to the cold leads on a regular basis.

6. Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions

7. Maintain accurate and complete students record.

8. Must be available on phone to students/clients if they are facing problems (After office hrs).

9. Strong follow-ups for generating walk-ins

10. Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the timelines

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
